definition of miracle according to Webster: an event that seems impossible to explain by natural laws and so is regarded as supernatural in origin or as an act of God.
definition of miracle according to a Christian: an event that IS impossible to explain by natural laws and IS an act of God.
If we believe in God and the supernatural then we can easily believe in miracles (unless we are Deists).
So the question should not be whether or not miracles exist, but whether or not the supernatural God exists... |

| Of course I believed things to be miracles in the past. But really, there was nothing supernatural about them at all. They were merely coincidences. And most coincidences were interpreted as miracles to me if they went my way... and some others that didn't go my way were perhaps interpreted as miracles by others. In any case, I was delusional at the time and not questioning the plausability of my assumptions. However, since miracles are moot, I suggest you post in the GOD topic. |
